If you could bike tour/pack anywhere in the world from the middle of November until Christmas (around 5 weeks) where would you go? why?

For perspective my previous trips at this time of year have been:
2009: Road Tour Taiwan
2010: Dirt Road/Road Tour New Zealand South Island with fishing gear.
2011: Dirt Tour Chile. Tierra del Fuego and Lakes District.
2012: Huh?Huh???

Thanks everyone for your input, just looking to gather some interesting ideas.
