My Leatherman Wave will probably outlive me.
These are a few of the edged items I've taken out in the past: Gerber Tactical Remix [be careful, way sharp]; Swiss Army knife; Leatherman Wave. The Gerber Gator I bought in Croatia in 1993 is still active to this day too.

Another one with a 3 in. Gerber serrated lock blade here as we'll as the dinky one on my leatherman. I find a good knife an essential tool. Plus, sometimes I like to whittle!
