The Maxxis Ardent EXO is my favorite tire of late. Seems my pendulum of being a weight-weenie or durability-dude has swung to durability at the cost of weight lately, at least when it comes to tires used in rugged/rocky terrain. I especially love the 2.4 because I can run really low tire pressure and the tread life seems relatively long.
Then the weight-weenie part of me got all excited when I found out about the lighter Ardent Race EXO.
Anyone care to comment on that tire's durability?
