Well, I'm new to the whole bikepacking idea, and am working on getting things together for a trip.  Probably next year, as I have a ways to go as far as fitness is concerned.  Anyways, I'm researching getting a backpack, and while the Osprey Talon 22 sounds great, I'm afraid it may be too small.  I don' want to go too crazy as far as seeing how lite and minimalist I can go.  So, would a 30 liter pack be a better option, in particular the North Face Interval 30?  I've tried it on at REI, and it felt great.  I'm partly afraid it's going to be too much pack, but more importantly I want something that's going to be a good fit for biking.  So, would the North Face Interval 30 be a good pack?  It has the hammock type back like the Osprey, so the pack is off of the back.  And it seems to me that it rides fairly low, which would be good for biking.  Thanks.
