Trans Iowa 2013 - who is in?

Psyched to be in and ready to have a great time. I plan on doing most of my riding, when weather allows, outside. Living on the east coast of Lake Michigan, this could be brutal but I have this idea that it will make Iowa easier...maybe.

Anyone else doing their riding outside during this winter or are you hitting up the trainer? I couldn't really fathom the idea of a 5 or more hour ride on the trainer.

I'm in! Looking forward to going back for a redemptive effort after last year. Currently I'm hoping to avoid the trainer altogether this year, but we'll see how that goes.

I bet your weather is slightly harsher than mine. I don't have an official down jacket so that is what worries me. All about the layers and only because the wind is brutal on this side of the lake

The only thing harsh about our weather right now is the lack of snow.
