Got one of these and just inflated it.  Looks like it will be really warm and comfortable, but it feels fragile.

Anyone have experience using one and keeping it protected from puncture?

There are obvious things, like not sleeping on it directly on the ground, etc.  I will have it in a bivy.  Any suggestions for protection when using it or packing it on my bike?

Thanks.

Noisiest pad on the planet.  I can't sleep on mine unless I have earplugs and your neighbors will hate you if you toss and turn like I do...or maybe it's my snoring.   sleepy1  Full length for my 6'5" body is super comfy....and it's a blast to inflate this high volume sucker after 20 hours of slaying trail....NOT.

I roll it up in my tyvek bivy now ground cloth....reduced in size mid-AZT this year.

Two AZT 300's, CTR, Coco 250, and a bunch of other overnighters in the spiky southwest and I've had no problems.  I don't leave home without the patch kit.

Going on year 3 with no leaks. Only use it in my 1 man tent. When not in use always stored in a stuff sack.
