Could I get some suggestions for a digital camera that is fairly inexpensive and will work in extreme cold?

I got this camera (790 SW) after my other camera died on the trail.... My buddy had one and did worked great with no problems.
It is suppose to be "freezeproof"

Pretty sure it was the camera he used on
