Do you change out of your cycling shorts to sleep? or wear them 24/7?

Change out of those shorts! Bad things will happen down low if you don't get some fresh air. I turn my shorts inside out and air them out overnight on my handle bars. If I think they have a chance of drying over night I will rinse them first.

Toddler wipes are your butt's best friend. If you keep everything clean--and I mean really clean--then changing shorts is optional. At least this is true for my male butt, which is somewhat less complicated than the female model.

3rd the "Wet Ones" wipes. Don't forget to reapply your taint lube of choice after cleaning up down there.

i made the mistake once, and only once, of sleeping in my cycling shorts. I generally take 2 pairs of riding shorts and alternate them each day. I sometimes carry sleep shorts too.
I'm very sensitive down there and must take extra care.
baby wipes are great.... fresh is good.
