I'm exploring (in my head) a multi-day Texas coast beach ride with either a Puglsey or Moonlander.  For those with past experience riding fat tires on the beach, how many miles per day can you count on for planning?

I know it will depend on skill level, wind, sand conditions and other factors but I'm just looking for a general estimate.

thanks!

We were making a laid back 100-150kms a day with a few beer stops etc. It was very tide and heat dependent. High tide in the middle of the day (summer) - forget it. It was like riding a treadmill in a furnace.

Ours wasn't 100% beach, there were HAB pushes over headlands and the odd short connecting road section. Good times. Post some photos when you are done!
