Handlebar bad/headligh incompatability

Help me out here, please. I have an Ortlieb Plus 6 handlebar bag - very nice - which I will be using on an upcoming tour. Unfortunately and as to be expected, I suppose, it blocks my headlamp which is mounted on the handlebars. Any one have any quick fixes that will allow me to mount the healamp so it's not obstructed by the handlebar bag? I've considered a head lamp, but that doesn't really appeal to me except as a last resort.
Thanks for you help.

Can't recall which brands, but a couple of companies make a cheap little riser just for that purpose. Minoura might be one, maybe Topeak. Not sure on those, but check at a local shop and suggest they look in their QBP catalog. They DO exist.

Is this enough rise to clear your bag. Looks like a great way to go puts the light dead center well.

Topeak and minoura make handlebar risers for lights and computers, but you can also make a cheap one with some reflector brackets and a piece of electrical conduit/plastic pipe.
I used a Minoura handlebar bracket, modified it to mount into the hole in the fork crown, under the handlebar bag.

I use these:

Which have a neat attachment system similar to knogs (only brighter than knogs), which can be attached to the fork. Also headlamps on the helmet work too.
