I am lost looking for a light 20-40 degree sleeping bag that will fit my 6'5" body.  Anyone out there have experience with this?

I think if you get any bag in the "long" version it will fit you. I could be wrong though.

6'4" here, "long" sleeping bags are roomy for me, so should fit you fine. I only own a cheap one for those temps, so no specific recommendations.

I am 6'4.5" and tall bags are usually just long enough. I have a sierra Designs nitro. Foot size and exact model does start to play into it when you are that close, because 2 bags of the same length might have the collar at different heights. I would advise to try before you buy or if buying online, pick a store with free return shipping. Ofcourse custom bags are allways an option.

What about lightweight breathable bivies for use with a tarp?
