Bikepacking over thanksgiving

Any ideas on routes in the rockies, sierras or cascades?...preferably without snow. Any information would be helpful. thanks! - Ash

That seems a little late in the season for anything very high up or very far north. It would however be perfect timing for most of the Arizona trail.
