Was looking at pics of Matthew Lee and Mike Dion bikes, and notice in a few pictures they had some really thick grips. What brand are they or are they something they made?

A lot of people use Ergon grips and a lot of people use a "normal" grip and bar end and then run cork tape or gel tape over that to get some more cushion. I believe that's what Matthew does but I don't know specifically what grip/barend combo he uses.
