lol no. I don't think you'll find any "bikepacking" bags that can fit a laptop. They simply aren't shaped right for a large flat item. But I'm not sure you'd want a laptop rigidly attached to your frame getting slammed around on chunky singletrack anyways. I know many people have damaged their cameras by doing just that. I think you'd be a lot better off using a backpack for the occasional trip where you need a laptop.
Agree with Lenta - when I was commuting I tried the laptop on a rack and found it too rigid and too harsh. I ended up using bikepacking bags for clothing and a backpack for just the laptop. By suspending the laptop on the body, the impacts were lessened and I felt like it was better for the equipment (not data to back up my theory).
Thanks. To clarify, the rare times that I'll bring the laptop is just for a day ride and could be on paved roads.
So far I've thought about putting it in a dry bag and using voile straps to somehow attach it to the handlebars securely.
