Hey there,
I'm just curious about what people's thoughts on a 2017 Diamondback Sync'r are for bikepacking. I have done a bit of road touring, but only 1 overnight trip on a clunky old Trek. I live in Southwest Utah and am getting more interested in mountain biking so would like to upgrade my rig. Doing overnight trips is definitely in the cards. The main concerns with me and this bike are in the geometry, the lack of gear mounts, and the 1x11 drive train. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
