I've not used any of the USA companies' seat packs so don't know how they attach to the saddle rails but the Wildcat Tiger harness uses a double cinch system and there's very little sway. Slightly awkward to describe but the straps are sewn to the centre of the harness; you then thread it like this: go outwards under the rail then back inwards over the rail; pass it through a D-loop then back over the top of the rail and down to a buckle. With a bag in the harness there's perhaps a centimetre sway to either side.

Here's their instructions - http://www.wildcatgear.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Wildcat-Tiger-instructions.pdf which show it better.

I don't notice the wiggle/sway but I don't carry a huge amount of kit, probably under 2Kg, in it.

Quite the contrary...Mr. Fusion is more available than ever.  We build them in large batches once a month, but these batches sell out quickly.
Ooops. Sorry didn't mean to ruin your reputation.  icon_biggrin The "we dont do custom stuff any more" confused me.

The weight of the rack is about as much as a loaded seatbag.
