Hey,
I have one and I've used it 2 or 3 times so far.
Lightweight, pack-able, and comfortable.
You have to position yourself correctly to make everything jive design wise.
I use it outside my bag and the gaps in the pad are supposed to allow the bag retain some loft and therefore some insulation.

Have been using one for the last summer, they are great, light and small.
I used it only inside my bag; i found that if you don't inflate it super hard its a bit more comfortable. It take a few sleeps on it to get use to turning in the bag if you switch fromsleeping on back to your side, the best of all is that it is always under you and you don't slid off it in the middle of the night.
