First post, newbie needs a little help

Hey all, My buddy and I have decided to take our backpacking to the net level, to our mountain bikes. I have been looking at different forums, blogs and images on the internet but can't seem to find and venders that sell bags for bike packing. Is there a list of cottage venders or on line retailers that specialize in bike packing? Any advice on what works on a mountain bike would help too. Thanks all
