Anyone seen these front panniers on ebay?  There's one that goes on the stem, and another one that goes on the top tube.  Anyone tried their luck on one of these?  They don't even give a manufacturer name or anything, so there's no way to look them up.  Seems like they may be a good idea though.  Your thoughts?

The stem one looks similar to a Mountain Feedbag only smaller and a lot cheaper.

The stem one looks similar to a Mountain Feedbag only smaller and a lot cheaper.

And a lot less capacity, get a mountain bike feedbag, get two, they work great and hold enough calories for 100 miles or more.
