To sum it up, The idea works, gravel, road, singletrack, you name it.

700cX40s for now, should be sweet with 650bX2.3.

What bars are those, and how well do you find STIs work with such a flared drop?

Thanks,

Dr. Matt...

The bars are on-one Midges and the shifters are Ultegra 9 speed, I really like them and can shift and brake on the drops or on the hoods without a problem. I just adjusted the length of the stem until they felt right

Happy new year....

Very nice "all round" do anything set up!

I like the tall head tube--looks like the perfect 'all-day' position

You going to make a frame bag for it?

Give or take a lb, whats the weight set up as is?

I have an J&L Frame bag, and so far its ok, I changed the seat to a Ti Flite, so I guess I am at around 25-26 pounds with the 650b-2.3" Wheelset.

Saludos
