I have the narrow feet of an anorexic Italian giant. Long, narrow and low volume. Anybody find a super narrow shoe? The only ones that fit are laced like giro empire. I have the Terraduro but the top strap doesn't cinch down enough. Sidis arent narrow enough either. Thoughts?
