Race Weight

So....imagine you are sitting on the start line for the Tour Divide. Ignoring your body weight, what would your total "Race Weight" be (including bike, backpack food and liquid etc)? I'm trying to find some info to guide me towards an ideal end race weight goal. Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks guys.

I've set a goal of 40lbs, excluding liquids since those will vary depending on day. I don't know if this would be considered heavy or light but I think it's probably somewhere in the middle. I'd also like to know what other peoples target weight will be at the start.
