Hey all,

I'm on the look out for a new rack as my old one is too small for a 29er frame with boost spacing, has anyone had similar issues or have suggestions?

I'm running a 29 x 2.2" tyre and the rack mounts are on the axel so are quite low and wide.  would prefer a more minimal / light weight option as I only use front panniers on the back.

cheers  thumbsup

My Old Man Mountain front rack has worked on a 135 and a Gnot Boost (145 mm) rear end. I think it could work on a 148 mm as well. The rack stays are fairly flexible.

If your rack works for the tire diameter, you should be able to McGyuver some mount hardware. If it doesn't and you need a different placement of the lower mount, you could try Tubus rack mounts. I got some but didn't need to use them -- they look burly enough for most outings if not mega-loaded.

I got a Tumbleweed T rack on my SIR9, which is boost and 29er and it seems to work. Depends a little on where the rack mounts are but it has some flexibility I think.
