Recommended handlebar extension options?

I'm shopping around for a handlebar extension thingy for mounting light, gps, etc.  There are lots of cheap options on Amazon.  For example:

Any thoughts on pros and cons of the various options?  In particular, pros and cons of a single clamp vs double? Recommended product?
