Hi, I've order a seat bag from Epi... I mean Revelate Designs because my feeble attempts were rubbish. I'm just wondering if anyone has received one recently and how long it took? I emailed Eric to ask how long it would take to be delivered but I've not had a reply and I really need to book my holiday so I can use it.
Ok, I also want to know because I'm like a kid waiting for Christmas......

You should get it before Christmas........
Both Eric and Jeff stay pretty busy I think you are looking at about a 3 month wait with either.

Argh! Oh well, I guess I'll have to use my old set up. I quite fancy some winter bike packing though so maybe I'll spend Christmas day in the middle of no where away from bad TV and annoying relatives : O )

four months from order to delivery but worth the wait even though it was agonising watching the usps tracker not update for a day or two.

Agreed well worth the wait I went with Eric but I have seen Jeff's stuff also and it looks good. With the surge in popularity of bikepacking these two guys are surely getting a lot of business but I can't see either one of them being able to increase production it's still a very small niche market.

It's been a little over 8 weeks since I ordered a full set of bags and Eric emailed me this past tuesday to say they will be done in a couple of days. Call it 9 weeks from order to shipping. bruce.b

I placed an order with Eric before the TD. I received my bags 7 weeks from when i placed my order. He replied to every email in a timely manner, and even helped me adjust my order to better fit my needs.
