I am planning an overnight bikepacking trip along the C&O trail in Maryland. I'm new to bikepacking so we're making it a simpler trip, but we're super excited to hit the trail and camp off of our bikes! My question is: Has anyone bikepacked with a 2016-17 GT Karakoram Sport 29er before? I haven't bought the gear yet and want to make sure the gear will be appropriate for the bike before I order all the things. The geometry to me seems that it would not accommodate a large enough frame bag or seat post bag (as you'll see in the picture, I'm short so ride the small frame pretty low). I'm probably overthinking it and have read enough times that you can bikepack on any bike, but I just want to hear that others have done it with this particular bike (or similar geometry bike). Thank you and hopefully this question isn't too n00by Smiley

Apologies for the picture size, didn't realize it would post so big.

I decided to order a frame pack and seat post pack, if things work out I will throw up some pics of the rig when done Smiley
