Looks nice but it seems you need to have a trekking pole with you to prop it up?

I myself was hoping that Santa would bring me a http://www.nemoequipment.com/nemo2010-gogole-tent for xmas but it seems he ran out.   angry4  Thats just for one person though.

doesn't that need a pole?  The Origami has a loop on top that can be used to pitch between 2 trees

Those both look good but that's a lot of buck$ for a tarp imo.

Looks like a heavy version of the raved about Golite Shangri La, half the weight at first glance.

I love my Big Agnes Seedhouse SL1, 2lb 13 with everything or 1lb 12 lightweight. But I do keep looking at bivy's to see if I can lighten my load...

Steph and I have an Origami 3 that we use once in awhile.....it's very roomy for the 2 of us + hounddog.......but it is a bit finicky to get a nice, taut pitch. You can either pitch it with a trekking pole/ski or hang it from a tree. When it's hung from a tree it is very spacious/comfortable inside.

My main complaint is the difficulty in getting a taut pitch and the packed size......I feel like it's really bulky when packed for what it is. We typically grab one of our regular flat tarps when we need something very light and a GoLite Utopia 2 when we need something more weather tight.

I think I've finally decided to go with the TT Moment.  Its crazy light, easy to set up and I like the idea of the vestibule area.  I figure if I take the pole out and store it in my frame bag I should be able to compress the actual tent down pretty small.  Plus it can serve triple duty for my backpacking and motorcycle adventures and I can sell my Seedhouse 1.

Roughly how big is it when stuffed? I'm considering the Origami 2 for a trip this summer and fall through Europe and Central Asia. I'm trying to figure out how much room it will take up in a bag, and whether or not I might be able to stash my bike inside at night if I camp somewhere sketchy.
