I just got a fat bike!!  Maybe a silly question but what kind of pump do people bring on the trail with them.  I can't imagine a mini pump being fun at all, especially if its winter.
thanks,

Some research seems to show its those two options.  I already have a Topeak for the road.  Free/already owned is good.  I might try to attach it to the fork since I'm not sticking that in my camel back.
Thanks all

Maximum PSI of 35.  Yup... hitting your target audience with this one.  I saw that one.  60 dollars isn't horrible...  Or is it.

I have one of these pumps.  I like it, but it is large & slightly heavy to carry on a bike packing trip.  If you were inflating tires frequently it might be worth it or in a group & carried one pump.  When travelling by truck with my fat bike, the Micro Floor Drive XL is the only pump I take - it's efficient enough to use in place of the floor pump I used to take on truck-based trips.

OR...  I could turn this http://www.kmart.com/schwinn-16in-floor-pump/p-00618230000P?plpSellerId=Kmart&prdNo=5&blockNo=5&blockType=G5
Into this...
Its 10 dollars and scrap parts that I already had, including epoxy.  Not bad results.  307 grams.
