Your ordering options are limited to those that make custom bags - off the shelf bags, say from Jandd, are generic and don't fill the entire frame.

The best I know of out there making custom bags are:

+1 for Eric at Epic (now Revelate) Designs. He has been beyond helpful with my frame and seat bags and the workmanship is fantastic.

I have about 1% of his experience but I'm a big fan of Eric's work as well.  You won't be disappointed if you go this route.
