I was having issues with my SPOT, and got a new one. Anybody have an insight how to switch my old Spot for the new one under my account? Thx

well the answer is...

You have to call SPOT for an ESN swap Monday-Friday only.

I returned a SPOT 2 that was 3 months old because it would not find a satellite.  I got a brand new unopened box.  Guess what?  This one will not find the satellite either after doing the ESN swap.  It is going back tomorrow for an exchange.

Anyone else have this issue?

SPOT sucks.

Update.
SPOT 2 is working now.

Spot Customer Service told me it would switch in 5-10 minutes, but it took much longer ( 5+ hours).
