The teeny tent stakes surprised me how well they worked in the dense organic soil of Iceland (most places). But, the elastic cord stake points launched two of my fancy stakes into the stratosphere never to be found.
I rode with my Laser Comp 1 in a Bedrock Bags Entrada bar bag and had plenty of room for wet socks, wet rain gear, wet neo socks, wet.... Even with all that wet gear, I could usually extract the tent carefully enough to keep the main tent body dry, even when pitching it in a full rain.
Getting my fatbike inside the tent, while I went into a town, was a shocker. Couldn't believe it fit.
