I have downloaded the AZTR750 gpx file and transferred the file to my xtrex 30. When I load the file on my hand held it only shows 153miles of the trail but the whole route shows up in my garmin express program. Anyone else had this issue or have some in site as to why im not able to load the whole trail.

Thanks!

I've had this happen a few times when setting up my Dakota 20 and eTrex 20 to race and tour the AZT using the 750 track off the site. I use a mac with base camp and this is what I've found to work...

I erase everything off my GPS.
Shut down and restart my computer
Load up an Arizona Topo on my GPS
Re download the track (shortened 10000 point track)
Download the track to my GPS.
Cross fingers and check.

When I want to set up my back up GPS I do all this over again.
I don't know why the restart and re download of the track works but it does. Also check/update your firmware on your Garmin if you haven't in a while. My solution seems rudimentary, but it works.
Perhaps those more GPS savvy can chime in.

Good luck!

You're probably hitting the limit on how many points the device supports (10,000?). You'll want to use the version of the track that is < 10k. For example,

http://topofusion.com/azt/gpx/AZTR-2014-rev1_reduced_10k.gpx

The 2017 track will differ from the 2016 track, as I understand things.

Thanks Long Ranger! That seems to have fixed the issue.
