Can anybody shed some light on how fast an order for a pair of handlebar feedbags gets turned around? I have not been able to speak to anybody from Epic Ride Research  and the race is getting closer. Is there a problem with supply and if so, is there any alternative product? its a shame really, because the bags look brilliant!

It took me a month to get my Mountain Feed Bag directly from Epic Ride Research. Great product, horrible customer service/order feedback. I'm hoping now that Eric is selling them that he will be able to improve that part of the situation for them.

I ordered a couple earlier this year. Delivery was a little slow, but they threw in a nice note and an energy bar as way of an apology. Seems like a lot of basement businesses, they get a little behind sometime. A great product though--and certainly decent people.

Thanks all - Eric has them and can supply from stock, so a happy ending to the tale, and I can go back to thinking about riding up more hills.... 7000' today in 5.25 hours and all offroad too, so a good weekend.
