depends on your helmet. they make one with the cut outs both in the same direction, or with them 90degrees to each other. the flashlight holder lock block.
look at my helmet picture for the one i'm using. i trimmed it way down, after that photo was taken (rubber, cuts with heavy scissors or shears)

I have an older version of that light that goes everywhere with me in the camelbak. LOVE it- simple, not too big, gets the job done. I like the newer 'low' of 3 lumen for doing things around camp better than my older might brighter 'low', but I'm a cheapskate and probably won't replace it until it dies. Which could be a loooong time, lol.

I used the same torch - and would use it again in a heartbeat.
 I used a homemade mount from a bit of innertube, that made it flexi and aimed exactly where it was needed and had no chance of fatigue.
