Im looking for a route in the southern Utah area that would be my first multi-day off-road route. Im looking to spend 3-5 days riding at the beginning of Nov and would like to avoid elevation since the snow is here. Any suggestions?

A friend and I are doing this one at the end of this month. This should be doable in November as well.
