I'm looking at the GDMBR South Pass City -> Silverthorne Map (as well as the book) and they both mention a FSR #139 that takes you from the GDMBR to Fraser/Winter Park. Any beta on this road? I can't find it on Google Maps, unless it's, "Co Hwy 32", here:

http://g.co/maps/us349

Easy enough road to follow with something like this (http://www.latitudesmapstore.net/cofrraremapw1.html) or this (http://www.skyterrain.com/map_rmnp.html) - which I already have?

Planning a small trip next week, taking Trail Ridge Road over to Steamboat Springs (or just to Kremming, as Steamboat just may be too long for a 2-3 day trip), taking the GDMBR just North of Ute Pass and coming back over East on FSR 139 to Winter Park and then perhaps going over Rollins Pass and back to the Front Range (ish)

I'd like to ride back home, but the thought of taking Loveland Pass yet again leaves me a little wanting something different.

Anyone want to join me? I don't go real fast, but hell if I ever stop Smiley

Any more info on this (anyone? Bueller? Bueller?)? I'm planning a similar trip, running into the same issue.

Thanks!

Rollins pass from winter park works well, there's a few dirt roads that connect to the divide route over to winter park...   i've done this, its a bit burly but yummy FS road  https://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=Co+Rd+3&daddr=Co+Hwy+50%2FCounty+Road+50&hl=en&sll=40.063359,-105.959015&sspn=0.117321,0.264187&geocode=FQHTYAIdhhWt-Q%3BFfqBYQIdTdGw-Q&dirflg=b&mra=ltm&t=m&z=13&lci=bike
