Jones Pass to Hermans Gulch - Colorado

I know it's late in the season to be considering this, but I've got Friday off and was thinking of riding from Jones Pass to Hermans Gulch.  I know there's some snow in the high country, but wasn't sure if anyone had info on conditions on the route, and/or estimated ride time?  With the shorter hours, I need to plan accordingly and I've not done the route...

Any info would be awesome!
