Anyone have beta on how passable (or not) the dirt sections of the Great Divide are, particularly up north? I'm in Del Norte right now and trying to figure out my options. (Fwiw, north of here is wet but passable, just a little soft)
Any alternate route suggestions if the roads are too wet? Is 112 or 84 a better route to Cuba?
Thanks!!!

We just rode from FR 376 / FR 144 to Vallecitos this last weekend. I plan on posting a trip report with pictures. We had to walk up some step sections while raining, just to slippery. Outside of that we had no issues. Enough rain that we pulled water from puddles on the road. We were 2 adults and three teenagers. We road from FR 144 / FR 27 to El Rito on Saturday, 50+ miles, the longest ride my 13 year old had been on up to that had been 30 miles on pavement. FR 27 is rough a lot of water has gone through the area, but it is not impassible. But we were going down.
