Hey guys. New to this site, but I figure I should share some information for those of you outside of the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Down here in Texas, we've been following multiple endurance riders compete in the Tour Divide and the TNGA over the years. This year, a local group (Spinistry) came up with the Ride Across Texas.

This ride will begin on November 1, 2014 in Texarkana, and end somewhere near the New Mexico/Texas border. I was one of the first registrants (R. Kota - Big Pig Racing) and was excited to be a part of this inaugural race. However, I am moving to Tallahassee in August and have to drop my entry. Fully supported (850+ mile) option is only $75 at this point. If anything, give it a little look for those of you in the area or those interested in someting Texan.

Not sure how many of you are from the DFW area, but I'll do my best to share with you all any happenings and interesting stories from my neck of the woods!
