I did this ride end of October 1997, a bit risky at that time of year, but I was lucky with the weather !
I did carry a camera but unfortunately discovered when I got home that there was no film in !!!
So apologies for lack of photos.
I fancy doing some 'bike-packing' again, and discovered your site, and such wonders as seat bags and bar bags etc. Still researching the gear, then I'll purchase and get some rides in...
