Time period to ride Coconino loop?

Hi, like Chequamegon I am planing on doing the coco loop also, but just about one month later. I will be starting on May 13. This will be my first time biking in AZ and first multiple day bikepacking trip. After reading some of the above posts, it got me wondering what kind of temps I should expect? I'm coming from south Florida so some of the cold temps I've been seeing have me a bit worried. When I researched the weather history of this area I found highs around 60 - 65 & lows around 40 - 45. Does this seem about right?
