I read this article this morning and it sounds like it could be a fat bikepacking route. What does everyone think? Self contained would be sweet ( with the occasional stop at a store to resupply maybe)

It's been biked many times before. A fatbike wouldn't be neccessary but I agree it would be nice.  There is a push on, as the article states, to pave it, but that won't happen overnight.
