You are not allowed to ride a bike in any National Forest Wilderness area!

The best you can do is come to the Wilderness border, disassemble your bike, attach to your pack and backpack through the wilderness.  Then, reassemble and ride after you leave the Wilderness boundary.

Even doing that, you need to check with the Ranger District of the National Forest or the NF headquarters that contains the Wilderness Area.  There are some that won't even allow the carrying of a bike through the area.  That ruling can get interpreted differently.  However, there is definitely no deviation on the riding part - DON'T DO IT - IT'S ILLEGAL!
