AZT north of picket post in Dec/Jan?

just wondering how far north of the picket post TH it reliably stays passable in late December/Early Jan.

i am trying to put together a big loop using parts of the coconino/black canyon/gila river ramble/AZT to do between xmas and ny.

The days are cool but the nights are long and cold that time of year.
