A trip to Maine ?

Would anyone like to make a trip from Arkansas and ride to Bangor Maine in 2013?I hope to do this trip and it would be fun to get a few people that would like to go by way of Bicycle.I have a Surly Big Dummy that I built my self and I go slow on my BD/Big Dummy cargo bike.Would like to leave some time in May and hope to be there in about 68 days or so.Will be lots of camping out guess I am cheap lol..SO if anyone wants to go post here I will check in at times to see.Thanks Happy Bicycling.

  Nice to hear form you again.I am working on my Big Dummy getting it ready to go on a trip soon here I want to try it out on a short trip first.So if you want to join me on my trip to Maine let me know where you are willing to meet at.I really do hope I get to do this trip to Bangor Maine I want to check out where I could move to some day here my wife does not want me to go but I got to do this trip Maine has been calling me way to long.What bike do you have now?I still have my Surly LHT and my Nashbar touring bike as well I just wanted a bigger bike lol and a cargo bike was the answer to what I wanted.I will try to post pics of all of my bikes when I can.

OK lets keep in touch and still have the same bike 2008 Fuji Touring love the bike and did up grades to it.
I'll have to get the maps for the Atlantic coast to see where to meet up.

KDC, are you an Arky? I'm in Little Rock. Did you have a specific month or season you wanted to head up there? Do you do any bikepacking here in AR? Looking to do some off-road touring locally and trying to put together some routes. Let me know if you know of any!
