Does anyone know about snow conditions up high? My buddy was just out riding around Moab and said "the La Sals are covered in snow". I'd like to be riding the koko in a week and half..... Bring the snowshoes?

A couple of us are thinking of a last minute cannonball run starting this Friday the 13th to Sunday. Would need to shuttle car from Fruita to Moab or ride from Moab to Fruita. I haven't received word of mud and snow conditions yet. Any knowledge of these?
