This summer I am embarking on a bikepacking adventure through the Western Himalayas of Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. I will be there for 4.5 months - from July to November 2013. From December to March I will be bikepacking through New Caledonia and Vanuatu. I was lucky enough to win a sponsored travel fellowship through the University of Washington.
