Early / Mid September 5-7 day UK Trip. Sarn Helen Trail or NC 500. Anyone?

I have been contemplating doing either the Sarn Helen Trail (MTB Bikepacking) from North to South Wales or the North Coast 500 Scotland (Road Touring)

Short notice, but if anyone fancies going then message me.  Having company would be great as I'm getting a tad bored of the usual solitude of riding alone.
