CO Trail - 1st couple of segments - Mid-Late September

Hello.  I and new to bikepacking and live in the Denver area.  I'm itching to get out and try some bikepacking and would like to do an overnighter and tackle the first couple of segments of the CO Trail in mid-to-late September.  Possibly an out and back starting/ending at Waterton Canyon or potential shuttle option of starting further west and ending at Waterton Canyon.

My wife won't let me do an overnight ride alone.  I have a tentative yes from a coworker, but would like to get a few other riders to join in case people back out at the last minute.

Probably would start riding on a Friday and return Sat/Sun.

Any interest?

Hi Jeff, I might be interested if you still are. I did the whole trail a couple summers ago, and the stretch from Waterton to Bailey was really one of the finest stretches. Just endless smooth, fast singletrack. Been wanting to hit it again. You still interested? If would have to be in Oct though at this point as my Sept weekends are all booked up with other adventures! Let me know.
