I'm looking for company for a 4-5 day loop.  Eureka dunes, Steel Pass, Saline Valley, North Pass. I'm 50 yr old, married, fit, but first bikepacking trip. Second or third week of April. Let me know if you're interested we can talk details. Lots of washer board and sand. Riding a Advocate Cycles Hayduke with 3" tires.

Post about your trip when you get back. I've been thinking of doing something like this in late-winter for a while now. Just need some starts to align. Would love to hear about your experiences.

Hi,  Trip was awesome !  (and perhaps too challenging on the last day)  Left the car at Death Valley rd x Waucoba Saline Rd. Day one mostly down hill and flat to Eureka Dunes. Day two up over Steel Pass to Saline Springs (super fun ride) I stayed at the hot springs for two nights. Great spot, but perhaps not for everyone as its clothing optional and pretty hippy. Last day ride out over North Pass was about 40miles and 7500' elevation gain.  Long and steep! I accepted water from drivers as I went through my 2.5 gallons long before I was done.  I'm happy to talk more details if you get serious about it.  Cheers !
